I have CCleaner Professional, version 5.01.5075 64 bit. I have it scheduled to clean but I would like to wipe my free space(s) during the late night hours also. Is it possible to schedule this operation?

I have a Vista laptop. I followed all the instrutions above to the letter. CCleaner appears to have run, according to History for the task, but my Recycle Bin is still not empty. If I select Run in Task Scheduler, same thing. Recycle bin does not empty. If I start and run CCleaner manually from my desktop icon, it cleans the Recycle Bin This happens only on my Vista laptop. All my XP machines run perfectly.
Drive Wipe won't wipe one particular file

I have run Drive Wipe twice on the same drive and there is one file that remains. I find it using Recuva. I also tried bleachbit with same result. This one file seems to defile all efforts to wipe it. It is named Outlook Express emails.zip with no last modified date shown and a size of 45,881Kb. I haven't used Outlook Express in ages, probably since Windows XP.
I highlighted it and checked Secure Overwrite Checked and got this message attached.
Anyone with any ideas?
