Registry Cleaner - unused file extensions in CCleaner Posted September 9, 2011 Hi y'all, When I run the registry cleaner it says: Unused file extension, .sav (.tmp etc.), HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.sav (.tmp etc.) I know that Windows uses .TMP files and all my games have .SAV files. Will there be a problem if I delete these registry entries as CCleaner suggests? Thanks for your help.

Hi y'all,
When I run the registry cleaner it says:
Unused file extension, .sav (.tmp etc.), HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.sav (.tmp etc.)
I know that Windows uses .TMP files and all my games have .SAV files. Will there be a problem if I delete these registry entries as CCleaner suggests?
Thanks for your help.
