No unless you are dumb enough to put your necessary files in temp folders.
When you click "Analyze" you can see a list and inspect which files to be deleted before you confirm and go ahead with the deletion of those files.
I disagree with this statement. I am not dumb nor an idiot. I was careful to check and recheck everything before I ran ccleaner and fixed issues, now I have two computers that can't run MSN Messenger. My third one I did not install ccleaner on and it is working fine. Now I am trying to undo everything that ccleaner did with no success. I am going to have to try another restore point at a time before I heard of ccleaner and see if that fixes the issues that seem insurmountable...I have little hope that it will.
