[Exclude folder not working]

no i haven`t done it yet, i don`t kown what doing the ini file thing does really. i have right clicked on the movies folder and started to defrag just that folder at the moment to see if that helps . . .

it is C:\users and no i don`t save to a ini file. i don`t know what that means but it is not ticked to save to a ini file. i am new to computers so plz bare with me lol

hi guys,

 

i am trying to exclude my folder that has all my movies in it coz it just takes hours for defraggler to defrag all the time. i have put already put the folder in the exclude list but defraggler is still saying that i have fraggments and is still reading the folder?

 

the folder is in C/users/name/videos

 

its now saying i have 100gb fragmented and taking ages to do anything?

ever since the new ccleaner update ccleaner is always finding invaild firewall rules for world of warcraft?

i clean them and them the next day it finds them again? it never use to do this b4 and i don`t know why its doing it now?

 

any help please?
