Meaning : We can know if the CC Cleaner is update by date also (Not only ver No: ... )

On my WIN 7 Ultimate I have :

 

Admin User

3 More users.

 

The CC Cleaner is different on each user ( Ver,SETUP etc ...)

 

How can I use one CC Cleaner for all the users with the same setup / configuration ?
