Under Custom Clean I can opt out of clearing log in names and passwords, but if I use Health Check it removes them. Is there any way to avoid this please?

When I run CCleaner I "lose" the log in details for a number of important accounts. I contacted Piriform Helpdesk and they referred me to http://docs.piriform.com/ccleaner/ccleaner-rules/windows-tab/internet-explorer-files but all this does is refer to removing passwords. It suggests unticking the Autocomplete box but this has not been ticked on either my Windows XP or Vista computers. So how do I overcome this recurring annoying problem?

Thank you for your prompt and helpful reply. I have now changed the settings. Many thanks.
