What is the meaning of the "*" character (asterick) at the end of the application name in the Applications tab?

[CCEnhancer]

I just ran across a program called "CCEnhancer" from The Web Atom with the following description:

 

CCEnhancer is a small tool which adds support for over 270 new programs into the popular program CCleaner. The tool uses the WinApp2.ini system built into CCleaner to easily add new rules and definitions for programs. The rules were sourced mainly from the Piriform Support Forum, with several sourced from other places around the internet.

 

Have you had any dealings with this program and is it something that you guys recommend or should I stay away from it?

Hey piriform-dudes!

 

Could you please integrate the superb "Lunascape"-Browser into your programm? It's very similar to Firefox, but I like to use it aswell.

A clean-up function for the Lunascape browser would be awesome!!
