Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I looked everywhere you mentioned and nowhere did I find anything that could lead to Firefox staying listed. Stumped!

Hello,
I have v3.04.1389 installed on Win 7 Pro x64 and after uninstalling Firefox 3.6, the applications tab still lists Firefox.
I have checked the registry and every conceivable location I can think of for Firefox leftovers and yet still the entry persists. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall CCleaner for the Firefox entry to "go away" ?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi, love Speccy, Thank you. Was wondering if it would be possible to add the optical drive firmware version to the display? This is useful in case we need to check for a firmware update (I currently use Nero Infotool to get the firmware version)
Thanks!

Hope someone can help. I just had to change computers and of course now have Vista, please no arguments about whether vista is good or bad I can't change the OS, well in the change I installed the latest CCleaner and I right clicked on the file and chose "run as administrator" but each time I click on the icon to run CCleaner UAC kicks in and asks if I am sure, is there any way around this without disabling UAC?
Please forgive me if my spelling is bad, English is not my first language.
Thank you & have a good day,
Normandie
This is what worked for me.
Hope this helps.
CCleaner thinks I still have Firefox installed
