  1. It depends on what they are. If you could post the names of the files, someone might know how to deal with them. If you Google the file names and find out what they are, that also might help you figure out what can be done, if anything. :)

    Thank you everyone for your post. I looked at the files and they are just one file, with a majority of them under 100K. I click on them and defrag them. I would have thought that the HD would have been 100% defragged or close to it. I still show 4% with all these little files as being fragged. This software does work, I like the display of knowing what is being defragged. Guess I am old school.

    My apologies if this topic has been posted before...I am a newbie in here.

     

    When running the software, it defrags the whole drive, but when I reanalyze it shows that there is percentage that is not defragged. These files are very small usually 1 or 2 , under 100K. How do you get rid of these files so the hard drive is 100% defragged? Do I have to do them individually?
