[CCleaner deleting more than what it mentions]

Dear Albin,

 

The option "Analyze" only means that it shows what it would remove (this option doesn't remove anything).

And if some of those files are in use, Running won't delete them.

 

Therefore "Analyze" often shows more files than what CCleaner is about to delete.

CCleaner is removing more than what it says it is about to remove.Is this what you meant?I close other programs before running CCleaner but this still happens.

Hi,

When I use CCleaner it shows that it has removed more than what it shows when I click Analyze.Sometimes it removes more than double the size.I am using v.2.13.720.I have had this problem in the previous versions also.

Other than this,CCleaner is an excellent program.My OS is Vista Home Basic SP1.
