  1. Nergal,

where can i find the info that you need? Im really confused.

Yes, I was trying to print something from my documents.......a word file. :-/

    Thanks everyone.

Grover and bill.hart126 what we're actually looking for is something like this:

with the time being the same time that you ran CCleaner (the important parts are in red btw)

or ANY Level: error or Level Warning

  2. here is what I found using event viewer. I have no clue what it means. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You

The document [url="https://ev3.ev"/ev69/se/Ord[/url] owned by failed to print on printer Dell Photo AIO Printer 922. Data type: LEMF. Size of the spool file in bytes: 1396261. Number of bytes printed: 1396261. Total number of pages in the document: 3. Number of pages printed: 0. Client machine: \\ Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 126 (0x7e).

  3. I posted earlier this week with the same exact problem. Dell couldnt figure it out and said it couldnt be the CCleaner. I have a dell printer as well......they tried to troubleshoot it the first time , but I ended up just reinstalling the driver. I dont print from this laptop often, but its rather annoying to have to reinstall the driver each time I need to print.

Im not using the registry cleaner, are you?

I can testify that CCleaner does not affect the Print Spooler service operation.

Make sure that the service is set to Automatic so that it starts with Windows.

I prefer Event Log Explorer? to look at event logs:

You can get a free personal non-commercial use license:

Make sure that User Profile Hive Cleanup Service is installed and running:

  4. Thank you for the warm welcome.

The printer is a dell AIO 922 ( dell is the one that suggested the CCleaner but could not figure out why I couldnt print.... they of course said it wasnt anything they did, sigh)

OS is Windows XP 5.1 Service Pack 2

Thanks for your help, has anyonelse had this problem?

    Welcome grover

Can you give us more information such as operating system and Service Packs applied and the make and model of the printer.

  5. I have run the cleaner twice. First time I ran it I couldnt print, was recieving an error about the USB port(sorry cant recall the error) and had to reinstall the driver.

I ran the cleaner again the other day, tried to print and the same thing happend.

Anyone know what is going on, or why the cleaner would be affecting my printer?
