[Won't Clean Found Objects]

Hi All - Thanks for all the info. I was using Avira viral program and removed it and installed AVG. It picked it up and removed it! Now it doesn't come up on my scans. Thanks for all the help - Cheryl Ann

 

 

 

Backweb is an application that is used to keep Compaq, Logitec and HP product software updated automatically.

It is up to you if you want to install Backweb but the software for those manufacturers do not update very often.

Can you tell us what the items are. My guess would be that your account does not have full privileges to delete those objects, or that the objects are still in use, but I will not be able to confirm this until you let us know the files that are not being deleted.

After analyzing I get 24.04KB to be removed, but when I run the cleaner it says 0 bytes removed. This has been going on for about a month. It picks up plenty of other stuff and removes all but this. I went to the site and redownloaded the program, but it is still there. Any advice? Thanks - Cheryl Ann
