[Problems Starting Defraggler in Windows ME]

Downloaded Defraggler to Windows ME operating system and download was successful, however when I try to execute the program, I received and error coded such as:

 

DEFRAGGLER.EXE IS NOT LINKED TO EXPORT FILE KERNEL32.DLL

 

If anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve this would appreciate some suggestions.

[installing Defraggler on Windows ME]

I have tried to install Defraggler on a system with Windows ME on it, When I try to run the program, I receive a message that says it's looking for a missing export file called kernel32.dll.

 

1. Should, I try and install this dll file to see if it will run then?

 

2. Is Defraggler compatible with windows Me?

 

Would appreciate any suggestions on this?
