When you say you had a system overload, what did you mean?

My system has less than 100 MB left and I need to order a newer fatter HD since this one is OEM and only 10 GB

Have you tried system restore?

No system restore possible see previous answer.

Also what is this that CCleaner isn't removing foxfire files I am running Firefox/2.0.0.11 is it deleting them with that version?

I love this product but it just screwed me good ! I hit in a futile attempt to reduce my system overload the little button under advance that says User Assist History I just went to send a email and MY EMAIL IS GONE!!!!! It has reverted back to outlook express 6 and EVERY LAST email I ever had IS GONE! Since when is user assist history connected remotely with with all outlook express files?? I am going to loose thousands of dollars if I can't get my mail corrected.
