  1. the only thing i can think of, is..

    you might be able to recover the temp internet files (from that site you visited) using Recuva, in the box, just search for file extensions: *.htm, *.html, *.tmp, *.txt, ect...

    this will search for temp internet files, and cookies you have deleted.. if you are lucky the name of that site will pop up.

     

    however if you have CCleaner set to 'secure deletion of files' (its in options > settings) its impossible to recover any files it deletes...

     

    your best bet will probably be to just try to remember the site name though

    try to think hard? :P

     

    EDIT: ah, i just got a better idea. do you have a ROUTER? alot of routers keep web activity logs. if you do, type in 192.168.0.1 into your address bar to log into your router (or whatever the address is to your router) and see if it keeps web logs. mine does, maybe yours does

     

     

    Thank you so much for all your help. I do have a router and will try your suggestion if the first idea does not work. It is late and I am too tired to think that hard but will try tomorrow morning. I also e-mailed a co-worker who may have the website recorded, that may fix everything quickly. :rolleyes:
