[cc help ie7 options some disapear]

hi all has anyone had a problem if you are runing ie7 you run the reg cleaner within cc cleaner and some of your options disapper diagnose connection problem did on my system lucky i backup the reg file and merge it and the options came back can there be a bit more info on the issues as this can be more dangirius than cleaning please can some one help regards bazer

ive been using CCleaner for quite sometime but i have an issue with the registry cleaner i useing xp with ie7 if i do a full clean after running issues the feed dicovery and diagnose connection problems disappear and you cant run them i know this is corect ive just done a fresh install and after running my first registry clen and clean all these options disapear and if i merge the back the options that were missing come back what part or the reg cleaner is doing this many thanks
