I recently began having this issue with CCleaner, Version 6.22.10977. I don't use Google Chrome except for viewing 2 or 3 websites and when I run CCleaner, I now see a:
Google Chrome - Cookies 0 KB 1 files

Cookie: extension://ohhcpmplhhiiaoiddkfboafbhiknefd 0 KB
I have run CCleaner several time since this began appearing and I have gone into C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\<profile> and run a Windows Explorer search for this cookie extension but no files are found and yet, after each "Clean Run", this file continues to appear.
