It will be helpful if CCleaner gets the option to clean unnecessary space aquired by Windows Update Cache (Backup) while installing update which is safe to clean if system is performing well, as well as option to clear Windows Update History. It can help in release lots of HDD Space.

Hey CCleaner must be added with the Feature to repair the software ( As its only consists Tools> Uninstaller> Run Uninstaller\Rename Entry\Delete Entry ) WHERE IS REPAIRING OPTION????????? like the one we get in the default uninstaller in Windows.... Hope To Get this Fixed in the Upcoming version..........
