"Recently used files" not cleaned.
This version is full of bugs I'm a Windows 10 64 bit user, in the File Explorer section of the taskbar, the notebook I pinned to the taskbar again does not clear the history, in the custom cleaning area
That isn't a bug, it's the way that Windows works.
What your screenshot shows is the 'Recently used files' in Quick Access - That isn't the same thing as 'Recent Documents' in File Explorer.
You can turn it off.
Right-click on Quick Access and select Options.
Untick "Show recently used files in quick access".
Click 'OK'
