Ccleaner deletes Start Menu entries

Hello everyone I have a small problem, Ccleaner deletes the apps from the start menu, I've clicked away everything in the cleaner that pointed to the start menu, but every time I run the cleaner, the apps are gone from the start menu. If I restart the PC they are back. Maybe someone can tell me what could be the reason? I once made screenshots of the settings in the cleaner
