These two drivers are respectively Intel(R) LPC Controller (W480) - 0697
and Intel(R) PCI Express Root Port #9 - 06B0, all being the latest version 10.1.31.3. However, your system wrongly identified it as 10.1.31.2. It is necessary to correct this immediately.

Try ccleaner 7.10 it has changes in updates that might fix your issue. Honestly driver updaters in general have different ways of seeing if it is updated, it’s optional and you don’t have to do the ones that you find wrong.
