Yearly charges for 2 year subscriptions

Hi.

I paid for a 2 year subscription in 2025 and just got billed in 2026 for another 2 year subscription.

My current software shows the licence is valid until 2028 (after this last renewal) however it really should now be 2029 given my 2025 renewal should have covered me until 2027.

Additionally, I’ve noticed while the subscription clearly states ‘2 Year subscription’, the duration is only saying 12 months which doesn’t align and is misleading.

Can someone please help. Thanks.
