I want to run CCleaner on windows 98 .

I have a XP. I want to run CCleaner on windows 98.

Can I?

I have 32 bits. I think 98 is 16 bits.

CC should work fine under Windows 98. Windows 98 is however a 32-bit OS. ;)

I tried to copy ccsetup202.exe to windows98. The file is read only.

I tried to make the Attributes something else. But I need more help.

How do I change the Attributes?

I finally got CCleaner on windows98 and I ran it.

Good you got it to working! :D

About the attributes; those can be changed by right clicking a file to remove read-only, etc.
