Why does CCleaner not clean up ?C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temp? OR
?C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files? ?
Till yesterday I never know that these directories exists, but I found 1.5 GB of temp files in them. (All old files from previous setup programs.)
I bet that every windows user have a lot of temp files in these directories that is just taking up space.
To see these directories I had to ?Show hidden files and folders? and also remove the tick next to ?Hide protected operating system files.? Under View Folder Options.
Only Windows will know why they classify temp files under protected operating system files.
I hope CCleaner will include these directories in future versions.

I don't have the second directory you mentioned but CCleaner does clean the first one you mentioned. Be aware though that it will only clean the files there older than 48 hours if you have that option checked in CCleaner>Options>Advanced. I suspect the same will apply to the other directory too if CCleaner does clean it.
First folder is clean, the second folder holds Content.IE5 with a total of 35Kb used, so mine is being cleaned just fine...
Same here, mine is cleaned also.
