Visiting this site using IE9 - it retains my username and password even though I've use CCleaner between visits.
Something for a future version to address? I guess it's storing my credentials in a non-standard location?

no such think as non-standard locations. make sure you have adobe flash cookies checked in the applications tab of ccleaner
StackOverflow saves your login as session keys, which are synced across the Stack Exchange. Make sure you remove history/cookies/sessions for all SE websites.

One other thing is DOMStore which I inadvertently discovered had a persistent cookie on my system, I don't know if that will get rid of that cookie you have however it's worth looking into:
