On Speccy Version History page it shows 1.33.75

Speccy download free from here downloads an installer for 1.33.0.79

The release notes on the downloads page also state 1.33.75.

Why are you hosting a different installer than the one in the release notes ?

A check for updates on build 1.33.0.79 says there is an update to 1.33.75 :wacko:

I just downloaded this latest free version, but after reading your post, I'm not sure I should install it. I see the discrepancy you noted.

Did you install it? Does it seem to be working or should I hold off? Hopefully it's just a type-o.

I did not install it.

I just looked at the download in case they were messing with things as they are with CCleaner.

I mean why host an installer that isn't mentioned anywhere?

I've installed it.

It is v1.33.079, and it appears to be working OK as far as I can see here.

FYI, I created a "modified" Speccy Free Portable v1.33 (i.e., by using 7-Zip to extract the Speccy64.exe bundled inside the spsetup133.exe installer offered at https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/builds and placing the executable in the same folder as the portable.dat file I used with the previous Speccy Free Portable v1.32- see my 26-Jun-2024 post in Can't Find Speccy Portable v1.32 Download Link on Builds Page) and this "modified" Speccy Portable v1.33 displays the version as 1.33.075.

In File Explorer the file version of my Speccy64.exe executable is listed as 1.33.0.75.
