I ordered and paid for a license for Recuva (reference number: 491101664). I downloaded and installed the version from the link in the email and entered the activation key provided in the registration. The result is the message “Oops! Something went wrong whilst activating your product. Please try again.” After repeating the situation repeats. Where is the error please.
