In Australia we have a government body called work safe, if they saw anyone in Australia doing this, they would throw the proverbial book at them lol :D

lol! that last pic was a classic.

they showed us the forktruck pic when I was doing my training. Along with that one they also showed a series of videos where the trucks kept flipping over due to operator error, the error where often more stupidity than lack of training.
