The wipe free space option has reduced my hard drive space to nothing. I thought it would just wipe deleted data. Am I missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Look for a very huge file on your hard drive (or lots of small files ? I don't know how exactly CCleaner do this), maybe CCleaner created it but didn't delete it...
