Anyone know of a good free utility for rebuilding Windows XP winsock?

You could use this

In the past I have used this below successfully in a cmd prompt :-

netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

But that was with the machine in front of me where I was able to see other errors and the state of the machine at the time.
