WinINet failed with ERROR_INTERNET_DECODING_FAILED (12175)

After installed CCleaner my app that uses WinInet receives an error code 12175 in WinHttpSendRequest function.

It started just after installing CCleaner.

What app is "my app" please? (Do you mean one that you have written yourself?)

Did you actually run CCleaner? 

If so which parts/functions did you run?

It also usually helps if you tell us what your Windows version is, and what antivirus/version you are using.

(PS. 12175 is a SSL certificate error).

It's actually related to Windows 7, not CCleaner.
