Windows Explorer Taskbar Jump List

I have a client that hangs during the cleaning process because of windows explorer task bar jump list.

I have cleaned/deleted per instructions found on the Piriform Community forum, but it still continues to hang at this spot.

I'm looking for any help possible,

Hi Bearrr and welcome to the forums,

if you untick that Taskbar Jump Lists option, does CC work OK?

do an Analyse and double click the Windows Explorer - Taskbar Jump Lists entry and take a screenshot and post it back here.

I lost the system shortly after that post. I will try your suggestion once I get the computer back up and running again.
