John, do you know if it's okay to install over the top of WD beta 2?
i don't have it installed, but just to be safe, i would uninstall the beta first before proceding.
WD Beta 2 may not even uninstall as I found it, the uninstaller did absolutely nothing when I ran it on my system. However, on the WD website MS has info about the new version removing Beta 2 during setup.
I installed the final WD over the top of the beta version, and it worked fine. However, I have seen posts in other fora & newsgroups where the installer instructed the user to manually uninstall the beta version. Not sure why...
B.t.w. run WD Update; a new engine version (1.1.1909.0) and new definitions (1.14.1734.6) are available.
