Windows charm and Netflix stopped working after cleaning with cCleaner

Ran all scans and cleaned up. Computer running much faster but now Netflix and Windows charm will not work. Running Windows 8. Windows charm in lower left corner and windows key will not take to charm page. Please help

Did you run the registry clean part of Ccleaner?

Did you make a backup of the registry keys when offered the option to do it?

I see words but no pictures and can't find my shows
