Windows 8 on Youtube.. is this for real?

Speculations about Windows 8????? Look at this video:

and several others linked to it. The guy who uploaded it claims that it wasn't his video and that he had found that somewhere on the Internet but the question is: Is that for real??? Or is it just a fake one with some fancy modified theme??? Looking at the UI, its looks so advanced though.
