After taking the update to 1607, CCleaner was removed. Speccy was left intact.
MS deems CC (and some other software) as incompatible with the update and removes it before proceeding.
You'll have to reinstall CC and anything else effected.
So what do subscribing users do? There doesn't appear to be any way to re-install without paying again.

Thanks, mta, but it didn't work. I downloaded another copy but it wouldn't install. What now?
I assume you know your Name and License Key from the initial install?
what build are you trying to re-install? normal, slim or portable?
get the one you want from here; https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds
if one fails, try another build, and all are upgradable to Pro from the Options, About, Upgrade to Pro path.
also, try uninstalling any current version, rebooting the PC and then re-installing.
