I was wiping drives through CC Cleaner, but in between I closed the process, after then I restart my PC and windows 10 not loading and PC is not booting.

I can understand when you say Windows 10 is not loading, but then you say PC is not booting .
Do you mean there is no power in the PC at all or just ..yes there is power, but Win 10 won't load ?
What do you get? Just a black screen? Or a black screen with a cursor?
If you do a hard reset (you know where you keep you finger pressed on the power button 'til PC turns off) 3 times in a row you should get the Win 10 repair screen come up.
Can you try this please.
Cancelling software that can Wipe Free Space (or whatever other software calls it) has the potential of corrupting the file system.
