Win11 Startup

Hi, even since I upgraded ccleaner, what is set for startup in windows 11 settings and also in ccleaner are not loading on startup, I don’t know where to start, I have tried setting startup apps in both but neither seem to be resulting in what is actually starting on a reboot? Ccleaner is the only app I have installed that seems to have any impact on startup apps? Please advise, thanks.

Have you put things to ‘Sleep’ using Performance Organiser?
If so then try waking them up again.

There is also Tools>Startup where you can change behaviours, but you should know if you changed something there.

Of course it might just be Win 11 being glitchy.
