Ever since the last upgrade, the driver update does not work. It hangs and will not complete. I am using the paid pro version. And seriously, is the community board now the only way to get support?
Even scanning for driver updates does not completed now.
have you updated ccleaner to build 6.23? if not, try that.
Yes, I am on the current version via updates. 6.23.11010
What drivers is it finding to update?
If the scan is still sticking and not completing then do a 'Restart' (not Shutdown) of your computer then try again.

Make a note of the ticket number while it's onscreen.
You will get an automated email reply with a few generic suggestions (which you have probably already tried), and then sometime later a reply email from a real person.

Well i have had to install my drivers manually, and the driver updater app is not working properly and a rescan still shows 3 drivers that are already installed. I did everything suggested by the community, and tried to contact support with the link provided by nuke CAD, however, when I tried to fill out the form, the page says that I seem to be a robot and need to refresh the page which means i have to keep putting in my information over and over. No help from piriform and the community doesn't have a resolution. What can I do??????
Not sure but this 'bot' thing seems to be new today.
