CCleaner helped me to resolve a problem. They did it fine.
Now they are asking me to give them a rating for their help. Unfortunately the rating doesn’t work and I don’t know how to tell them.
This isn’t what i expected at all from the title. Staff has been so slow for the last few.
I’m sure they’re happy to hear you were pleased, however if the rating link doesn’t work, it’s either because a (security probably) setting you have or something on the rating system’s end. i wouldn’t worry too much.
