Why is it impossible to get someone from support?

I have been trying for the last 27 days to get a hold of support. I renewed my subscription, but it won’t send me a new license number. It just sends me the expired one.

I got tired of waiting so now I just want a full refund.

Is there an actual person I can talk to that can resolve this for me? What have y’all done in the past for account issues?

If you have RENEWED then you don’t get, don’t need a new key - the old one gets RENEWED.

You only get a new key for a new purchase.

Open CCleaner and check then how long it says your current licence is valid for.
In CCleaner7 look in Settings > My Subscription


In CCleaner v6 it’s in Options > Licence key

If your CCleaner says that it isn’t activated then try entering your existing key into it to Activate it.
eg. In CCleaner7:

Hi @DisgruntledGirl,
Apologies, you were having an issue with your CCleaner licence.
I can see from our records that there was an issue with generating your new licence.
I have now resolved this and your existing key now had the correct expiry date.
