Why does CC cleaner when you place an order or an upgrade not give you your license key and have no record of your payment and subscription? I renewed my subscription of pro. Then they solicited an upgrade to Pro Plus the next day. I purchased that. Thief

I purchased a subscription to pro. Then I purchased a upgrade to Pro plus. I never received my product key. When I call them, email and message them they pretend to be stupid and want me to verify my purchase. I have verified my purchases multiple times and they still won’t give me my product key that I paid for. It’s now been 2 months. Google verified that I paid and piriform won’t supply the product key. That’s internet fraud! This is not the first time I’ve had this problem! It happened to me once before about 2 or 3 years ago.
