I think you're asking how many Gigabytes you need for the recovery; it would depend on how much you need to recover

It said I have more than 19000 founded files.

Yesterday I made a mistake and I finally erase a big file. It contain all my documents (music, photos,...). But when I search by date, I didn't found anyfiles for yesterday. Is it normal?
