I just got an email supposedly from CCleaner about whitelisting their domain. This needs to be done in an announcement on their website and not in an email. How do I know who the email is from. Not done very well. What is the story with "WHITELISTING THEIR DOMAIN"?????
Does the email address look legit? You could post it as
someone at domain dot com
for someone@domain.com
and get feedback too
Well, I'm in the Caribbean and a 8 year user of CCLEANER ... I have received no such Email notification
I would view it with EXTREME suspicion ...given the recent Ccleaner hack ..
The admins have said nothing to the moderation team, however in my own opinion I do not think Avast/Piriform would ever send such an email.

And if you think getting the email originated because you have a profile on this forum I'd highly recommend changing your password just in case someone has illegally accessed your forum account.
