Is there any difference between Cleaner > Windows > Advanced > Wipe Free Space (with options at Options > Settings > Secure Deletion / Wipe Free Space drives) and Tools > Drive Wiper? If not, I think that's confusing when the same feature is available twice.
And why can I select Normal file deletion (Faster) at Options > Settings > Secure Deletion? If I want no secure deletion, I can uncheck the box at Cleaner > Windwos > Advanced > Wipe Free Space!
I think leaving the original options could be an oversight, as the new Wipe Free Space in the "Tools" section works without any of the original boxes being checked, including the "Windows\Advanced" check box. I've just tried it.
I would suggest using WFS in the "Tools" section (if you must use it), and leave the other boxes alone for now.

I believe that the Secure Deletion option in Options > Settings > Secure Deletion refers to file deletion, and in Options > Settings > Secure Deletion refers to wiping free space.
