Does anyone monitor this forum? I have a similar issue. I keep getting a popup screen that tells me I have the latest version of CCleaner. I KNOW THAT and the popup happens even after the s/w was updated. How do I stop it or do I have to uninstall and use the portable, free version. Don’t they want to be paid for their service? Not at this level of support.

Please could you send me a screenshot of the message you are seeing when your PC boots so I can advise you further.
Look at one of the other threads on this subject. I do NOT get a pop up when my PCs with CCleaner boot up. The pop ups appear randomly. on my two machines. It’s some sort of bug telling me I have the latest version of CCleaner even when I upgraded to the latest version days or weeks ago.
Thanks for these details @tagteam, please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:
Replicate the issue on your end.
In CCleaner, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click Help.
Select CCleaner Support Tool from the options.
Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool.
Once installed, run the tool to generate the logs.
At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.
Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

The issue: after booting the PC, CCleaner opens with a new features panel that seemed to fade, but it has returned.
