There is no direct link. When you try to "send me my license details" it sends .exe file. Please advice.

Version 1.18.30 is 3-years old, that version was October 2020.
CCleaner for Mac is currently at version 2.9.187.

I've downloaded and tried to insert the code that I just received from ccleaner.
It says the code is wrong. Had to create a ticket. Waiting for your reply. #20285222
Stick with the ticket, but they can take a long time to reply currently (over a week at times), so let's see if there is anything else we can do to help here.
Are you saying that you now have version 2.9.187 installed, but it is not accepting your licence key?
When did you first purchase the key? And was it for a PC or for a Mac?
Can you screenshot the message that says it is wrong?
Don't post the key on here, you don't want someone else using it. (or trying to use it).
Yeah, they replied that I've already activated and used it. Nice.
So, I canceled my subscription and want my money back.
