They used to be in the portable app itself in a file named ccleaner.ini but after the latest version, CCleaner ignores that file if I were to run it on another machine and I have to reconfigure all the settings again then it remembers them on that machine only so it's not really portable this way
I'd also appreciate a reply for that question.
Also, the last version includes many more files and folders. And It's not localized.

I've pointed admin to this thread but for now do as i did and take ccleaner.exe and ccleaner64.exe in the base folder, and (if wanted) drag the dlls from the folder best describing your pc (64 or 32) to the same folder. as far as i can tell this should re portablize it.
