Where are the recovered files?

I just used this to recover hidden files on my external M.2 drive. Now I can’t find the files it says it recovered. Where are the files

I assume that you are talking about Recuva here?
There is a seperate sub-forum for Recuva help.

I also assume that you mean deleted files. (not ‘hidden’).

Any files that have been recovered should be in folder that you set for them to be recovered to when asked:
