Everytime I open cCleaner7 (CC7) I get this message:
“CCleaner is still busy with something else Please wait until it’s done to use Health Check”
How do I fix this issue?

Does CCleaner have a support ticked system?
Software support has gone to hell in a hand basket!
I remember when you could call a support phone number and speak to a live support agent that had English as a fist language.
Then it changed to speaking to a live support agent in India or somewhere, hard to understand but at least it was a live agent.
Then it changed to online chat, although it was still with a live agent.
NOW online support chat seems to have gone to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
After you state your issue to the AI agent and it could not resolve your issue AI offers to connect you with a live chat agent, but tells you will have to wait 10, 20, 30 minutes or more.
I’ve been waiting for a live chat agent for over an hour and still no agent appears!!!
I say again, Software support has gone to hell in a hand basket!!! AI software support SUCKS!!
I would be willing to pay a bit more for software if I knew I could get live phone or at least live chat support! But I guess those days are gone.
It used to be the case that if you bought CCleaner that it gave you priority support, imo it no longer does as last time I used it it took over a week to receive a reply.
